AMC232F Series Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter is an economical series of high-performance converters that comply with IEEE 802.3 standards. AMC232F GE converters can interconvert the electric signal of 10M/100M/1000M twisted pair and the optical signal of 1000Base-FX/LX. It extends the network transmission range from 100m to 80Km (single mode optical fiber). AMC232F series converters are also compatible with various SFPs for different applications. The platform provides high-density ports to allow operators to quickly and easily expand existing networks and services. AMC232F series offers compatibility with all existing Ethernet or Fast Ethernet devices in a network and provides high-performance data transmission with seamless cooperation with ACT routing and switching products

· Isolates network conflict and broadcasting package effectively, has the function of preventing broadcasting storm
· Supports 802.1Q and 16 groups of VLAN
· Multi-mode connection: transmitting range can reach 550 meters as farthest
· Single-mode connection: transmitting range can reach 80 kilometers.
